Our Approach

Setting the direction of travel for any project be it content, digital marketing, website development or training is essential to ensure there are specific and measurable goals in place to assess the impact of the activity against.

We have vast experience in working in partnership with organisations to develop pragmatic and actionable strategies that focus on delivering the outcomes that best suit our clients needs.

We firmly believe that any strategy should be individually tailored to the precise needs of the client and their organisation. It is for this reason that we have adopted and developed what we call our ‘3D’ methodology, which is a tried and tested process that we take all our clients through in order to create a bespoke solution that achieves the best outcomes for all involved.

3D Methodology;
Define. Devise. Deliver.

Stage 1 Define

We will hold a commercial understanding and scoping session with the client. This phase gives our team of experts the time to get to know and understand you and your organisation.

During this session we will interrogate you in order to identify what exactly it is that you are setting out to achieve and testing you on the rationale behind the objectives you have set yourself. We will study your current resources and assets as well as identifying all stakeholders in the project so we operate on an all informed basis.

We will immerse ourselves in your brand, we will scrutinise every customer touch point and become as familiar with your brand positioning and its assets as you are.

Stage 2 Devise

Following the Define stage, we will begin to develop an actionable strategy that will see us meet your objectives, this starts with a detailed situational analysis to map the context that your business is in.

This will cover your competitor set and benchmark you and what you hope to achieve within that context.

We will combine this with our deep knowledge of your brand gained in stage one and factor in your objectives to produce a road map clearly stating;

  • Where you are now
  • Where you want to be
  • How we are going to get you there
  • Who is responsible for each stage of that journey

Stage 3 Deliver

The delivery phase begins once everyone has agreed to the proposed strategy and plan, it involves us working closely with you on a weekly basis to ensure its effective implementation.
