On our website our contact form requests details including name, e-mail address and telephone number so that we can reply to your enquiry.

We also collect your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Our website utilises Google Analytics which through tracking cookies stores data about visitors to our website, the most personal of which is their IP address but we do not have access to this. We also collect data related to successful conversions of users finding us through paid media such as Google Adwords.

We request clients provide additional business details such as their address for invoicing but do not store bank details. If we are provided such details they are not stored.

If we receive any details from one of our partners we protect this in exactly the same way and do not resell or pass on any personal information.

Where we store your information

When submitting an enquiry through our contact form your information is emailed directly to us and stored within our mail server and within local mail archives. All devices that have access are protected using passwords, fingerprints or alternative security.

Our newsletter signup form is integrated with Campaign Monitor and your email address is stored here.

We also utilise Xero Accounting software for the storage of client information relating to invoicing products and services provided.

 

What we use your information for

We utilise your details primarily to contact and invoice regarding products and services provided. We use email addresses to contact subscribers with newsletters which can be unsubscribed to at any point.

Information held in Google Analytics and Google Adwords (or similar) is used to track and report on how users interact with our website, the pages they visit and if they have successfully complete our enquiry form. We use this data to ensure our website is delivering on the needs of our users.

Who has access to this information?

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Right to request information

A part of GDPR includes the right to request any information we may hold on you. If you wish to request this data then we would happily provide all data we believe to have stored about you within 30 days.

You may request we update or remove any data we hold about you, however any data required for accounting or by the government for tax purposes would be retained.

As a digital agency we store and have access to data for a number of our clients. This data is treated in the same way we treat any other personal data we hold and is treated with the utmost confidence.
